Spoke with Allen. He said everything was great but from start to finish, it took 4 weeks for him to get his vehicle back. Initially, he was given an estimated time of 2 weeks and was told the parts had to be ordered and once the parts came in, he was given a different date because of the work involved. He stated overall it was because of the logistics but they kept him very well informed.
