Susan said she was mad at this business because they took too long. They had told her they were hoping to have her vehicle ready by Friday, but most likely they would have her vehicle ready by Monday. They did have her vehicle ready by Monday and the reason for the delay was due to them having to wait for the paint dry on her vehicle. She did not go into the business herself so she did not have any interaction with the personnel. She was told that an employee at this business would call her, but no one called her and she had to call them herself.
