Spoke with Carrol. She said she had difficulty with their communication at first because of their demeanor. She had to wait a long time. She said she thought she would get an estimate, but there was none. She was there at the end of the day and she was exhausted after waiting a long time. She said nothing made sense and all she saw was the $500 deductible. She would not recommend them because they were not friendly and they didn't explain things. They were rushed. They did not set a due date. She would not recommend them based on this experience.
