Pam said the experience with the business was very nice but the secretary was very persistent about getting the deductible form the insurance company. She would call her two or three times a day, almost every day, regarding the payment and the fact that it was in her deceased husband's name. The business had told her they would drop the vehicle off to her because she had no way to go and pick it up. When it came time to return the vehicle, the business informed her that they needed payment before the vehicle left the business. They proceeded to call her two or three times about picking the vehicle up. When she arrived at the business, the vehicle was not washed and the battery was dead.
