A hit-and-run driver took the side mirror off of my driver's side and the staff and management at Fradella's really helped me make (vodka) lemonade out of lemons. They provided literally next-day service -- I dropped my car off at lunchtime Tuesday and picked it up at the same time Wednesday -- and went out of their way to secure me the best price. After initially hearing there was no after-market mirror available and agreeing to the price, they gave me a call with a new, lower quote after they were able to source the part. A total pleasure to do business with and really stand-up people.
