Ceiandra said they did a good job on her vehicle. The estimate was changed several times and she was on a cruise at the time. They threatened to put her in collections due to not getting a check. A misunderstanding occurred and she did not know at the time that the check was in the mail. There was a miscommunication with State Farm and this business. The check should have been mailed to this business instead. She came to this business on a Friday morning to bring the check to them. Everyone is fine and she likes the way she was greeted. However, she didn't get an apology for being threatened to be put into collections.
