Mary Ann said they were ready on April 6th, just like they promised, but she thought the repair took a long time. They called several times to keep her updated. She got the VIP treatment and her vehicle was cleaned inside and out. They also gave her a free emergency kit for her automobile, another part of the VIP treatment she received because she's a State Farm customer. Enterprise was right next door.
