Edwin said he was completely satisfied with the overall experience with the exception that they didn't take care of the blemish on the driver's side door as he had requested. He brought it to the person's attention when he picked it up, and he told him he would put some touch up paint on it, which didn't really take care of the problem. Now, if he wants to get it fixed, he has to take the vehicle back again and this will tie it up for a week or so. They could serve him better if they would go ahead and take care of the issues that were pointed out to them in the first place.
