Shelby said she wasn't told of a date of when the vehicle would be ready. She wasn't informed during the repair and had to go to the business anyway, which is when she was told of a two day delay due to the insurance company. She chose not to evaluate the estimate. She is very happy with the results of the repair and appreciates the business.
