Luciano said she was not satisfied because they took too long to do the vehicle and there are still some issues that need to be addressed. They painted over some of the problems. Also, she said her vehicle was not ready when promised. It was three days late and she does not know why it was late. Luciano was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call to get updated. Therefore, she was not satisfied with the communication. They did not keep her informed. As a result of this visit, she will not recommend this facility to others because there were too many problems.
