Spoke with Tony. He said they always do a good job. He said the vehicle was ready earlier than promised. It wasn't necessary to keep him informed during the repair process because the work was done so quickly there was no need. He said his wife, Angela has used this business 3 or 4 times and they've always done good work.

Spoke with Charles. He said he waited a few more days for his vehicle because this business found additional work that needed to be done. He said he was hesitant at first to go to this business because he wanted to take his vehicle to another facility, but he chose this business because it was approved by his insurance company. He was extremely impressed with the work they performed and with their communication throughout the process. He said he will choose this business first for any future work because he now believes in them.
