Scott said he has used this business before and would normally give them a top rating on everything, but this time the repairs took a long time. He said he thought it should have taken 4 or 5 days and they told him it would take 9 days. It took 1 day longer than they promised. They did not give him a reason for the delay, but they had told him they had a lot of people on vacation. He has used this business before and he was completely satisfied then.
