Debra said brought her vehicle into the business because she was involved in an automobile accident. She came in with her check and expected to give them her check and get an estimate but she never got an estimate. She thought eventually she would get an estimate but she never got one. She asked Angela if she would get a ding out of her front passenger door and fix her gasket that was pulling away from her door but it was never done. She was called to the business and told her vehicle was ready but it was not ready yet. She and her coworker came to the business out of work to pick up her vehicle and they were still touching up the paint on her vehicle. She wants Mike and Al the co-owners of the business to be aware of these issues because it is bad for customer service. She has been going to this business for 30 years now and she has never had a bad experience with them until now. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
