Arielle said they did a good job, but there were foot prints on the carpet in the front of the vehicle and she just had some detailing done to her vehicle, so she was not happy. They needed to put paper down on the carpet and they did not. Also, she was not satisfied with the preparation of the estimate. It was not prepared properly and the insurance company had some problems with it.
