Shasta said the service department at this business is great. Marco helped her, the vehicle was ready on time, and the personnel were great. She said someone explained everything they did to the vehicle and the repairs were great. This business could serve her better by not misinterpreting the quotes.

Kyle said this business got his vehicle back a half an hour late, but he said it was ready when promised. He chose not to elaborate. He said this business explained everything very well and they gave him a printout that listed what needed to be done and the possible solutions to issues. When this business was replacing a sensor they discovered an unrelated issue, which they tried to resolve. The first solution they tried did not fix the problem. He said he was very pleased with his service experience and he very pleased with his service advisor. The service was outstanding.

Spoke with David. He said the business did a very good job. He said the business could serve him better by providing a service plan for the vehicle. He would like to know when to bring the vehicle in for service and he would like to know what services may be needed for his vehicle ahead of time. When he brought the vehicle in previously he was told he did not need the service at that time.
