Lynn said she was happy with the service but they couldn't find the problem causing the noise. The business held on to her vehicle for longer than she expected but she believes it was because they were trying to replicate the noise but the vehicle had to sit. She chose not to elaborate on how much longer it took.

Annatasha said she had to take the vehicle back to have a manufacturers defect in the paintwork fixed. The business messed up the paintwork, so she had to take the vehicle back again. The vehicle then had to be sent to another facility for the paintwork. She was not given a rental vehicle but should have been because the defect was the manufacturers fault. She said the whole process was a hassle and will not be recommending the business due to this experience.

Beatrice said she bought her vehicle with cash from this business and the man she bought it from was very nice and polite, but he was dishonest. She said he did not tell her when she bought the vehicle that it already had an anti-theft device in it and she ended up paying $500 for a new one. She said the new anti-theft device does not function right and it keeps draining her battery. She took the vehicle back to the sales department and explained what was happening and she asked the business to take the device out of her vehicle. They told her she would have to pay extra to have the anti-theft device removed. She said that really upset her because she bought something she didn't even need and then they wanted to charge her to take it out. She asked them to just shut it off and they told her that they had turned the device off, but when she went to drive it the light for the device was still on. She drove the vehicle down a road that was a little bumpy and it set off the anti-theft device, which caused her to be stranded in the middle of nowhere. She had to flag down a passerby to try and jump start her vehicle, which did not work because of the device and she had to pay to have it towed into the business. She said the business told her that whoever tried to jump start her vehicle did it wrong and ended up blowing a major fuse. She said she is so upset with the business that she can't even go in for a few days to talk to them about how upset she is. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
