April said her service visit was delayed. The business originally told her it would take an hour and a half. It kept getting delayed in thirty minute increments. The total time for repair was three hours. She said they wanted to make certain that the problem was completely fixed and they had to call in a few technicians for their input. Although, she didn't like the delay, she was glad the vehicle was fixed right.
