Spoke with David. He said the business did a very good job. He said the business could serve him better by providing a service plan for the vehicle. He would like to know when to bring the vehicle in for service and he would like to know what services may be needed for his vehicle ahead of time. When he brought the vehicle in previously he was told he did not need the service at that time.

Spoke with Rocky. He said that there is a small scratch on the passenger side under the mirror that he thought was going to be buffed out.

Peter said the vehicle was 2 days later than promised because the repair was more complicated than they originally thought.

John said it would have been nicer if this business had washed his vehicle. He also said the communication on the bill does not mention that antifreeze was changed. The service advisor said it was part of the service but the bill does not specifically mention the antifreeze.

Shannon said the business was willing to match a price she received from another business.
