Marianne said Cliff was nice and he did a good job. She had seen a red Jeep when she was shopping for a vehicle, but by the time she got back the vehicle had been sold. She bought this vehicle without seeing it. She said she doesn't think it was a good idea on her part because she was used to her old dashboard and this dashboard is different. She said there are so many things that she doesn't know what to do with them and she is afraid to drive the vehicle. She said she has to start all over to learn the dashboard. She said she is short and when she asked about raising the height of the seat she was told it could be raised, but she found out that only the driver's seat can be raised and the passenger's seat cannot. She said she feels like she is sitting in a hole. Cliff did a good job.
