Spoke with Howard. He said he has been using this business and working with George, and now Al for over 30 years. He suggested Alison use this business and even though there are always alternatives, he and his family always use this business because it is like family. This business has always taken care of him and his family. They are always reliable, honest, and if something goes wrong as a result of the experience, they fix it and stand behind their work. As a whole, the business is good, honest and though maybe a little high priced, he stated he understands because they provide great service, and are straightforward in what they are going to do. He was glad to see Al take over this business, which he stated was the most logical choice. He trusts and has faith in this business enough to bring not only his daughter's vehicle into them for service, but also his personal Explorer and BMW model vehicles into this business for services and smog testing. He plans and spoke with the business about bringing his Explorer to this business in the near future for front brake servicing.
