Csr superstar!
My mom who knows nothing about cars took my car in while I was working for a smog test. The young lady working in the front desk area greeted her like she was a long time customer, or even a family member. My mom said she was sweet and efficient, and took care of her and the car and explained the process to her. My mom said she felt relaxed and in good hands during her short time there. The young woman who my mom described as a beautiful redhead provided her with conversation and laughs and a very good deal. Best of all? The car passed smog! Woohoo!
