"Honest and friendly staff"
We had a great experience with all the wonderful people who work there. Great guailty work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend using them.

Brenda, sorry you felt this way. With the testing time and cost of parts I felt the price was reasonable. I know repairs can be expensive. I also felt that we fixed the vehicle in a timely fashion and repaired it with quality parts. My technician was able to locate your problems after you stated other could not and the car runs great now. We believe our quality of repairs has value and the cheapest shop in town may not always be the best value.

I read your responce about not charging a testing fee when the repair is done. Had the tech not took the time to run the test we would not have found your problem with the spark plug wires. The last couple of people that worked on your vehicle did not take the time to do the same testing and you continued to have misfires. With the testing time you paid it, found your concern and fixed it.
Had we completed repairs, like the last 2 people you said worked on your car, you certainly would not be happy with our work.
Hope you understand our position and use us again in the future.
