Harold stated the staff did everything he requested for service. They checked out his vehicle, and found the problem. He purchased a battery from the business about 2.5 months ago. They advised it was a bad battery, and they could replace it under the warranty. He has worked with the business for a number of years. He has been very satisfied with the level of service and support he received by the staff. They were all very nice people.
