Christin said Lorraine is great and very helpful. She had work done on the radiator. After she picked her vehicle up it started leaking fluid, so she took it back. The mechanics tightened the connection, but it started to leak again after she left. She had her father tighten it again, and it was fine. She did not want to go back to have them do it because the mechanics were condescending when she asked questions. They treated her like she was a child. She would not recommend them due to this experience.

I am sincerely sorry for your experience at our shop. There is no excuse for anyone to be talked to in anyway other than a courteous & professional matter. I am going to review this matter with my staff and it will be dealt with accordingly. As far as the problem with the leak, the tech should have taken more time to remedy the problem. Once again, I am sorry for the way you felt when you left. It is my goal to have everyone who leaves feel as happy as someone can possibly be after getting their car repaired.   Steve Geiling
