Hi Jan, I read your review and am sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience with us and that you cannot recommend us. If you remember when we inspected your vehicle for noise in the front end, we pointed out the worn lower control arm. We brought you under the car and showed you the amount of wear in the bushings. I also remember stating that I couldn't guarantee that it would remedy the noise but that it should be replaced if not for any other reason but to make the car safer. You authorized the work & I showed you the part afterward. I am sorry that it did not repair the noise but if you have any questions or would like us to diagnose it further, give me a call. Steve
