As always, Keri-Jo and the rest at Genin's provided me with excellent service. She fit my car in at a very busy time, was very communicative about timelines and what I needed to have happen. The work is always excellent, and I appreciate that Keri-Jo will give advice on what to look out for in the future, or how to avoid future issues, without any trace of condescension (as someone who used to know more about cars, I got pretty tired of the chuckling "Well, little lady" approach I got from some mechanics). I always know I'm not getting talked into expensive stuff I don't need, and that the work will be above and beyond, and that they will always have a great attitude. So grateful to have this crew in town.
