"Be honest and open"
Just disappointed that I asked that Alan be my service advisor and he gave the appearance of that only to put my work on the other gentleman's desk. I had spoken with him about this before and each time he does the same thing. My initial referral was to Alan and that was who I brought my car from the Stone Mountain area to be serviced by. I have no beef with the other serviceman, just

Janice, thank you for your feedback. Our system works as follows: Every write-up sheet is put on my shop manager's (Fulton's) desk. This ensures that no incoming work falls through the cracks. It is true that your last visit was handled by Fulton because I was out of the office for most of that day attending to personal business. I have made a notation in your service file to ensure that I attend to you on future visits. Every one of our customers and friends are equally important to us, and I apologize if I was not able to attend to you the last time. I also have the utmost confidence in my service staff and if I am unable for any reason to deal with my customers personally, I know that my staff is well qualified to do so. Regards, Alan Kidson.
