Bob said he took his vehicle in because his air bag light wouldn't work, this business didn't fix the problem so he has to bring it back in.

Bob, you forgot to mention that we diagnosed your problem, recommend replacement of the passenger seat occupancy sensor, and you took the car away. You had someone else install a used part and brought it back to us for a recheck. We re-diagnosed the system for you, (at no charge) and found no communication from the used part that you had someone else install. You also forgot to mention that you are a used car dealer and wanted to "fix" the car as cheaply as possible. Alan Kidson. Owner.
