John said he has used this business before and mentioned the representation from Shannon to everyone else was excellent. This business was timely, and kept their word as far as due dates and contact calls to inform the customer. He appreciated the extended courtesies this business offered such as taking the vehicle back in a hurry and going beyond the call of duty. The staff is always pleasant and work very well with the insurance company. The location is convenient with plenty of parking and the work is excellent in superior ways. He stated he had nothing detrimental to say about this business, the work performed and the paperwork between themselves and the insurance company. The vehicle was 1 day late due to a parts delay but the business called him constantly to keep him updated, which was terrific. He was referred by a neighbor, who told him this business employed good people. He mentioned this business is skillful and take care of the customer, so he has been unable to find a better business than them.
