I was out of town when the replacement took place and my husband interacted with the service representative and technician. Both represented Glasspro superbly. They acted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We tried the repair in hopes that our problem could be solved in a less expensive manner, and Glasspro assisted in this endeavor by allowing a repair to be made and then subtracting the cost of the repair from the replacement. I believe this shows a sense of responsible commerce, a business that tries to achieve satisfaction above gross sales. We will definitely recommend Glasspro to all our friends and family and any one else who will listen.
