We had some issues with my insurance company issued a repair order but the damage was to bad. It caused some delays and frustration. The customer service person was very helpful at your North Charleston office. I am sorry I did not catch her name. She was working on a Saturday. She was very helpful and I was frustrated because I drove over there on a Saturday and the windshield was not there. It was not any fault of GlassPro.
