The work was performed timely, cleanly and courteously. However, the replacement windscreen is clearly an OEM product of secondary quality that has areas of distortion both at the edges and in several areas of the glass. I was not offered any choice of replacement quality and would have preferred to have been able to pay out of my own pocket for a product that met original specifications and quality standards.

After we received this survey on Fri 9/9 we contacted the customer and ordered 2 additional OEM windshields. The first windshield had manufacturer distortions that were difficult to see prior to installation and the OE vendor has been notified of possible contaminants in that run. The customer was able to come in on Mon 9/12, inspected the additional glass and we installed a new OEM windshield immediately.
