Other than the inconvenience of the insurance company sending an inspector to see my broken windshield (which would have been 5 days after the breakage, had I not urgently requested an earlier inspection - which they coordinated nicely), the whole replacement experience was very quick and easy. The technician showed up much earlier than I scheduled, which worked so much better for me than my original appointment. It was replaced at my workplace, and I only had to step out twice in two hours - once before the job and once after, to sign paperwork. It couldn't have been easier.
