I used Glasspro because you support charitable events in the community and advertise on 910AM. I was very satisfied the last time I used Glasspro several years ago, but this recent experience topped that! The lady on the phone was very enthusiastic and helpful, but not in the way that sounds fake. She was able to get a technician out there THE SAME DAY to replace my windshield! When I told her that it wouldn't be a problem to wait a day or so if it was too much trouble, she simply told me that she'd rather get me taken care of that day so we wouldn't have to take a chance of it raining in a couple days. Very thoughtful.
