Kim said she was a bit disappointed that the vehicle took an extra day to complete. The insurance company told her it should only take 2 days to complete and the business told her it would take the whole 3 days.

Tami said her vehicle didn't need to be painted. She stated this business did a good job. Tami added, she was very pleased with them. She remarked this business is really good, because if there's a service they don't offer they give the customers the name of a business that does perform the service they need. Tami explained she needed window work done, and they referred her to a business to fix her window. She pointed out the business that fixed her window did an excellent job. She is going to return to Global Collision for other work she wants them to do.

David said the business did an excellent job on the body work and the paint work. They made everything easy for him. They were up front and kept him informed on the status of his vehicle. His vehicle was returned in a cleaner condition than it was when he dropped it off and they also cleaned his floor mats, which he hadn't cleaned all winter. He would highly recommend this facility to others.

Barbara said they were fabulous, and bent over backwards to make sure her daughter's vehicle was ready in time. She also mentioned that they discovered the vehicle had been in a previous accident and the axel was broken and if they had not discovered this, her daughter could have been seriously injured or even killed if she were ever to have been hit from behind. She noted she chose them because they were able to get her in quicker than the other Global Collision she usually goes to.
