Naomi said there is a stain of white paint from her vehicle on the chrome. It's barely noticeable and she didn't even think to call the business about it since it's not a huge thing.

Spoke with Shawna. She said she was completely satisfied with the paint work performed, however, it looked like they didn't paint all the way back on the door. Her vehicle was ready a few days past the time it was promised, because they found additional damage and the condenser wasn't working. She mentioned that when they would change the promised time, they said they would call her back, but they never did.

Steve said it was nice to work with a business that takes pride in their work. He also said he called his insurance company back after his service visit and told them how he appreciated them steering him in the right direction by referring him to this business.

Edwin said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because not all of the repairs were made. There is a dent on the passenger front quarter panel that hits the door when its opened. The hood is not aligned. When the wipers are pulled out they hit it. The vehicle pulls to the left when he drives it so it probably needs a front end alignment as well. The vehicle was originally supposed to be done in a week. The promised time for when the vehicle would be ready was changed multiple times. It ended up taking 3 weeks total. It was ready 1 day past the last promised time. He was told the vehicle was late because of a parts delay. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because he was not kept notified on the status of his vehicle or the delays. He had to call for any updates. Because of this experience he would not recommend this business. He said he plans on contacting this business about the problems with the repairs within the next week.

Andrew said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair, but there are still a few blemishes on the hood and it needs to be realigned. A special coating still needs to be applied to the vehicle. It was about a week late after a process didn't work and they had to get more parts. He did not elaborate on the process. This is a very professional and upscale facility. Someone greeted him right away every time he walked in and he didn't even have to wait two minutes for someone to help him.

Marcus said a fog light is broken. There are gaps the size of his pinky between the fender and the door. The door locks do not work. The paint does not match the rest of the vehicle. The repairs to the vehicle took 7 days longer than expected. He does not know why. The outside of the vehicle was wet when he picked it up and there are what appears to be rain spots on it. The interior was left dirty. When he told them what was wrong they indicated it was the best they could do. He would not recommend the business for the reasons previously stated.

Christine mentioned that the business took good care of her and they where 100 percent right on. She added that the customer service was very professional and the business was very clean and right on also. Christine explained that the work was done on time, but she asked them to get her a new tail light after the repairs were done. Therefore it took another day to get that in. She said that she would highly recommend this business to others because of the great work that they did.
