Rachelle said her experience with this business was great. She went in and was very stressed, but Jerry was very nice, professional and made her feel comfortable. She does not know what she would have done without him there. He was management material and deserves all 5 stars. When she received her vehicle, they dropped it off at her house she said it was so clean in and out it looked brand new. She added that Kristin Wright and the representative for Enterprise made her feel like s$*t. They were sloppy and hurt her feelings. She said they are unprofessional and need to be taken out of the business.
