Sara mentioned that the vehicle was about 5 days late because she was told that the business had just got the parts and were putting the vehicle back together. Her problem with the whole situation wasn't that the they were late but that she had to keep contacting the business on the days that they said it was suppose to be ready. Sara found out that the business was having problems putting the door back together on the vehicle. She finally got the vehicle the night before she was supposed to go out of town so she was grateful that they got her it done. It would have been nice if they kept her more informed during the repair process instead of her having to call them. Sara mentioned that they did great work and she is happy with the repairs.
