Vikram said he noticed some things were missing when he received his vehicle back. The button on the top of the seat that moves the seat up and down is gone, as well as the cup holder in the back seat. He requested that someone contact him regarding the missing items. He was completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel, but there was a minor dispute with the representative he worked with, Chris Rock. He stated the paint work and body work were phenomenal.
