Edwin said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because not all of the repairs were made. There is a dent on the passenger front quarter panel that hits the door when its opened. The hood is not aligned. When the wipers are pulled out they hit it. The vehicle pulls to the left when he drives it so it probably needs a front end alignment as well. The vehicle was originally supposed to be done in a week. The promised time for when the vehicle would be ready was changed multiple times. It ended up taking 3 weeks total. It was ready 1 day past the last promised time. He was told the vehicle was late because of a parts delay. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because he was not kept notified on the status of his vehicle or the delays. He had to call for any updates. Because of this experience he would not recommend this business. He said he plans on contacting this business about the problems with the repairs within the next week.
