Tammy said she would rate her overall experience a 4, because the first time she picked up her vehicle, she was irritated about a couple of things. When she arrived, her vehicle was being detailed, and she had to wait an additional 40 minutes. The second issue regarded a tire, because she wasn't happy with the selection of tire. She spoke with the Geico on-site representative, and he was able to assist her with the replacement. She was happy he took the time to listen to her concerns. However, she was upset that she had to leave her vehicle with the business another extra day. She was absolutely satisfied with the paint service. The vehicle was late 1 day, because of the reasons above. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition on the inside her of her vehicle. The detail service was terrible and a joke. They did not wipe down the inside or even vacuum the inside of her vehicle. Overall in general, the quality of the workmanship for the body work and the paint service was great.
