Mark said the work performed on his vehicle which was paid for by the insurance company is fine. He asked them to perform additional work to the passenger side of the front bumper which he would be paying for himself. They gave him an estimate of $600.00. They later called him and said they had misquoted the price and it would actually be $675.00. When he picked up the vehicle he noticed they only repaired the bottom of the bumper. The top of it was still scratched. When he asked about it they told him the quote was only for the bottom and to further repair the bumper would cost an additional $500.00. It is an unreasonable amount. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated.

The additional work performed was at the customers request for that specific area.
