My 2015 Sonata broke down 2 hours after my servicing due to a fuel pump short. I was 1 1/2 hr away and beyond upset. Jimmy tried very hard to help me figure it all out.

I have been going to Global longer than I can remember. I have never had an issue. During my last appt. I sat in the waiting room listening to others complain about what work Global recommended, I can tell they thought they were being taken, then my rep came in with a clean bill of health . I turned to the other customers and blatantly stated, that's what happens when you take care of your car. Keep up the GOOD work Global
