I had an issue with my car, and believed it could have been a safety issue. I didn't have a scheduled appointment and drove there and left my car there prior to opening. I left a message for Eric and he promptly called me, told me he would find a way to service my vehicle, and let me know what was going on with it as well as an estimate. Needless to say, Gochees diagnosed and repaired the issue, serviced it and had it back to me promptly. I can't say enough good things about them. They are convenient, courteous, and the service is top notch.
