Carlos A. Provides Exceptional Customer Service
When I first met Carlos I told him what I thought I was looking for in my next car. It wasn't available at the time, but periodically Carlos would drop a quick note to say hello. Then one day he texted me a picture - he had remembered the car I wanted and was letting me know one had come in. Turns out I decided it wasn't really what I wanted after all. A few more months went by and Carlos had continued to check in - and NOT in a pushy way. (I never do business with a sales person who tries to push me. It's my money, so it's my decision.) He was just saying hello and always asked how I was doing. I decided to look at a few more cars, and called Carlos to schedule a day and time to test drive three. When I got to the dealership, Carlos not only had them lined up waiting for me, he had had them washed so they sparkled. We went for a test drive in each, and I told him which one I wanted. When I drove my new car home, Carlos' service didn't end there. The car had to go in for a couple minor things, and Carlos always followed up to make sure everything was taken care of - both in scheduling and again afterwards. He also followed up with me after the first week to see if I had any questions now that I had had time to get used to the car. To my recollection, I have purchased 28 vehicles in my life. The service provided by Carlos is way beyond service I have ever received from anyone else. He continues to be the only salesperson I would repeat business with.

Poor Customer Service
I was a huge fan of Good Chevrolet and their service department when I bought my Chevrolet Cruze two years ago but the last two times I have taken my car to get serviced due to a recall or some other service issue I have been treated poorly. I was expressing my frustration to one representative and he laughed in my face and had another representative argue with me about whether or not he called me back. It just seems like they care more about the money then they do their customers. I will not be taking my car back to them and will look for another Chevrolet dealership who will appreciate my business.

Good service
Had to have a side mirror replaced and during the whole process from ordering to installation they answered all my questions and the service was very satisfying & as timely as they said it would be. Everyone was also very friendly.

Great customer service
From the time i dropped my car off for service to the time i picked it up - i was treated very well at Good Chevrolet. The service advisors were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff Hutchins went over and beyond in dealing with some warranty issues, keeping me informed and providing great customer service.

Easy to work with
I found my car online and dealt with the internet sales team. Skip Juma listened to what my needs were and found the perfect vehicle to fit those needs. I drove up from Oregon and was met at the door with the car all ready for a test drive. After we decided to purchase the car, the rest was easy. The price was negotiated with easy and I was back on the road in just a matter of hours. Plus I found a second car and bought that too. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!
