Tee said this business tried overcharging her for a new battery. She was told it would be about $187 for a new battery. She took her vehicle elsewhere and was charged about $85 for a new battery. The representative at this establishment charged her $75 just to look at the vehicle.

We checked three different complaints for Mrs. Price and gave her several estimates for repair which were declined. The charges were for the diagnosis of her complaints. She originally said to replace the battery, then called back later and changed her mind, so we actually replaced her battery twice and did not charge her for the reinstall.
