"Don't Make Appointments as they say they do/Put wrong type oil in car"
First of all, I got an email reminding me it was time to service my car. In the email it said to call to schedule an appointment. When I called and asked for an appointment I was told that G&S does not take appointments - it's first come, first served only. Then I brought my car in for an oil change. I always bring my vehicles to G&S for oil changes. And I always use synthetic oil in my car, as recommended by Ford. It came with synthetic oil and had never had regular oil in it. The guy at the desk didnt ask me whether I wanted oil or synthetic, so I assumed with all the information in the computer on my past services that they would use synthetic. They used oil. I had to wait about an hour for them to get to my car, drain the oil, and add synthetic. They should know what they usually do to my car, and if they dont look at the computer records they should ask - does the customer want synthetic or regular oil...

Mr. Price, I'm sorry that we made a mistake in servicing your vehicle. We try to maintain a high standard of service, but we are of course human and do make mistakes.
