They are very friendly, very quick, and very accommodating to my requests/schedule.
I've had to bring my car in twice - once because it was wrecked and once because somebody slashed all four of my tires. In both cases, I received an estimate the same day and once I authorized repairs my vehicle was ready very soon. I called some other places that said they couldn't get me in for a month! The manager is really great and even accepted a credit card payment from my mother over the phone. Oh, and when I picked my vehicle up after the wreck, I drove it for a few miles and all of a sudden it started dying on me. I called and Jerome (manager) told me to bring it right back. They looked at it and had my fixed up and on my way in less than 15 minutes!
