"First and last oil change"
I made my appt in the morning for my first oil change at 3:00. When I arrived the service mgr did not see my reservation on his list. He took me anyway and performed the work in 45 minutes as promised. I checked outside and saw the vehicle parked near the service door. Nobody inside was notified when it was ready. The car wash was minimal. There were bugs on the grill.

My advice to anybody that is looking for a new HYundai or used car (we bought a used car from them also) is to give them a chance to earn your business. Their service department will do whatever they need to do to help you!!
