Over charged...
I've had three visits to this garage and though the man, Jordon, at the front desk is super nice and friendly, I decided to get second quotes for past jobs and one they said my truck would need next. It went from their $1300 down to $847 at another mechanic for the exact same parts and labor. Earlier that same day, I purchased a new starter and was charged 1.8 hours labor, but it took less then 45 mins. He said, "I put two guys on it to get you out of here faster". Appreciatively, I paid and drove off, but then thought, "does it take two to do that job?" Curiosity and a little time and effort proved to me they were over charging and I was really disappointed and felt ripped off. Sorry! I'll not be going back...can't afford to be treated like that!

Valorie, I sorry that you have such a bad experince with us. I looked over all of the invoicesto check to see if there were any mistakes on our part. I also checked all parts prices and book times. On the starter job that we did for you we charged you 1.2 not 1.8 hours. This job does not take 2 mechanics but, it sure speeds things up for a waiting customer. Book time is 1.2 hours for the starter job and that what we charged you. As for the estimate we gave you was for all Moog Suspension parts which are a very good quality part, unfortunatly the are a little pricey. They most of the time last the life of the vehicle. We only install quality parts. I made a estimate up for a lower grade part that I would not recomend or install on to a customers vehicle and it was roughly that same price as our competitors.
